Everybody has Goals.
But it’s not about the Goals.
It’s about the level of Effort you are making to Achieve those Goals.
If you want to learn to play an instrument, it’s very simple: Learn to play a song on that instrument.
I’ve got some Barnyard Chickens. Sometimes I act like I’m afraid of them, and I think it makes them feel good.
Do not try to drown your sorrows…… Sorrows can swim.
If you’re reading a non-fiction book (self help, etc), create a text file where you can copy/paste the really important stuff as you are reading. Then at a later time you can review that file to re-read/re-learn the important parts. ALSO, replace the you’s with I’s. That way when you read it again, it is much more personal.
